Client-Initiated Cancellations:
Service Cancellation by 360Tutoring: If services are canceled by 360Tutoring due to unforeseen circumstances, we provide a refund on a pro-rata basis for unused sessions.
Satisfaction Guarantee: If dissatisfied with a tutor, clients may request a replacement within 7 days. Refunds for dissatisfaction are not issued, as the free demo provides an initial assessment opportunity.
Force Majeure Cancellations: In cases of cancellation due to unforeseen events (natural disasters, government regulations, etc.), we will consider refunds or rescheduling options.
Completed sessions, administrative fees, and any special registrations or service charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, minus any transaction or processing fees incurred during payment.
